After the Games, the buses were allotted to the city and regional enterprises. Starting from tomorrow, 43 new buses will be running in Krasnoyarsk. The new buses will cover routes No. 31, 37, 26 and 12. Another 51 buses will be used for passenger transportation on regular routes throughout the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Furthermore, 30 tourist-class buses will be handed over to the performing groups and sports teams of the region.
‘Today we conveyed to Krasnoyarsk 43 modern, comfortable PAZ and LiAZ buses, which were bought from the regional budget for the Winter Universiade 2019,’ Alexander Uss said. ‘This is another element of the Games legacy that will work in favour of Krasnoyarsk residents. A very important detail is that all new buses comply with environmental standards and will allow replacing the buses that have long exceeded their expected time of work. In addition, 51 modern buses will be allotted to the municipalities of the region. Thus, thanks to the Games, we will be able to renew not only the city vehicle fleet but also the vehicle fleet of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.’
