    General information

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    The Rate Card FA supports National University Sports Federations in placing their orders as early as possible. The Rate Card FA’s ability to meet the quality requirements and batching needs of delegations depends directly on the information received. Therefore, we will be grateful for the accuracy and compliance with orders formation deadlines.

    In case the order cannot be fulfilled during the Games period, the Rate Card FA will notify the delegation in advance and suggest an alternative solution.

    The Rate Card FA provides a full-service cycle: order acceptance, invoicing, installation (except for items that require to be mounted on the wall; this service belongs to the category of special orders), tuning, acceptance and collection of payments.

    Payment

    The Rate Card FA does not guarantee the order execution if the payment is overdue. The payment date shall be considered as the date of receipt of the funds on the Organising Committee’s account.

    Payment can be made from the customer’s bank account, or the customer shall provide any information allowing to ascertain and confirm that the payment was made by the customer or its authorized representative. Payment details will be given in the invoice.

    Any fees associated with the transfer payment shall be borne by the NUSF, this includes the commission for transfer or conversion. The amount paid to the Organising Committee shall not be less than the amount indicated on the invoice.

    Please also note that the payment of invoices at the Rate Card desk in the UV is only possible by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, JCB).

    RENTAL PERIOD

    The standard rental period is from 23.02.2019 to 14.03.2019 inclusive. This is the standard rental period (20 days) during which no discount on goods and services is provided. For some goods, it is permitted to extend the rental period beyond the standard duration, but not earlier than on 18.02.2019 and not later than on 16.03.2019

    ORDERING GOODS PROCEDURE

    National University Sports Federations can find goods and services that match their plans and operation activities, rent and purchase them in advance.

    In the standard period, orders may be placed on the Rate Card website krsk2019.ru/en/pages/rate_card . Also, during the Winter Universiade period, you will be able to order at the Rate Card desk in the Main Information Centre of the Universiade Village.

     

    ORDER FORM

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

     If necessary, clarify the order, the Organising Committee is associated with the customer. After that, the Rate Card FA confirms or declines the received order by email. Furthermore, the order execution is guaranteed only subject to receiving full payment.

    If the payment is not received in full, the Organising Committee shall reserve the right not to provide the goods to the relevant delegation.

    After the order acceptance, the Organising Committee shall reserve the right to improve the catalogue or replace the goods with similar ones of same quality. Delegations will be notified accordingly.

    In such cases, the delegation shall be entitled to disagree with the replacement and cancel the order without fees imposing.

     
    PRICES AND INVOICING

    Prices

    All prices, deposits and cancellation fees are presented in roubles (RUB) in the catalogue.

    Invoicing

    The invoices are sent to the customer's e-mail after 1 February 2019 and will include the amount of the damage and loss deposit.

    Damage and loss deposit

    The damage and loss deposit will be charged for possible damage or loss of goods ordered through the Rate Card.

    When applicable, deposits are specified in the catalogue next to the goods description.

    The deposit is refunded to the client`s bank account within 3 days after the check-out procedure.

    CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

    Check-in (arrival)

    Each Head of Delegation or their authorised representative shall check and confirm all goods and services ordered in person. Compliance of all goods and services shall be confirmed by the signing of the consignment note and all documents under the check-in procedure. One copy will be kept by each party. Subsequently, the delegation shall bear all risks of loss or damage of the goods.

    The time and place for the transfer of goods shall be determined directly with each delegation.

    A similar confirmation procedure shall apply in case of additional delivery of goods and services during the Winter Universiade period. The delivery and pick up of goods ordered during the Universiade period shall be carried out the next day after receiving the order.

    Check-out (departure)

    Before checking-out, the Head of Delegation or their authorized representative shall take part in the check-out procedure and confirm the return of all rented goods to the Organising Committee by checking all goods together with the acceptance commission. Full signature of the check-out documents is required as confirmation of the goods and services return.

    If the NUSF does not complete check-out procedure, the Organising Committee shall conduct the inspection procedure, as well as damage and loss assessment themselves. The Organising Committee will then provide the delegation with photo proof of any damages or loss, which would be subject to billing.

    In that case, the result of the damage assessment cannot be a cause for conflicts and disagreements.

    The time and place for the check-out of goods shall be determined directly with each delegation.

     
    MISCELLANEOUS 

    Insurance

    The prices presented in the Rate Card Catalogue do not include insurance costs, except for all means of transport specified in the catalogue.

    The delegation will be responsible for all risks of loss, theft, misuse, damage to goods (including during the transportation), as well as misuse of services from the date of the transfer to the date of return to the Organising Committee.

    Pictures in the Rate Card are only for reference. The actual products may differ in color, detail or material.

     

    TAXI SERVICE 

    Ordering a taxi You can produce in the main information center at the Rate Card desk daily from 6–23 hours from February 23 to March 14, 2019. Taxi services in the city work around the clock.

    Also, you can order via your attaché. And if you do not speak Russian, we recommend renting a car with a driver.

    Payment should be done to the driver. Only cash (Russian Rubbles) will be accepted.
