Types of works: general overhaul
The Palace was built in 2011. It has an ice arena of 61x30 m, complying with the requirements of the International Ice Hockey Federation, a sports games hall and a climbing wall complying with the requirements of the International Federation of Sports Climbing.
The main hall of Arena Sever Multifunctional Complex seats 2,539 spectators, including 34 people with limited mobility; it has a general-purpose sports hall that seats 204 people and another sports hall with a climbing wall that seats 238 spectators.
The length of the ice track is 111.12 m. The competitions are held among women and men in 1,500 m, 500 m, 1,000 m and include 3,000 m relay among women and 5,000 m relay among men.
During the Universiade, the complex hosted Short Track Speed Skating competitions and women’s Bandy matches for 1st–4th places.
