As part of the Winter Universiade 2019, the complex is planned to be used as a warm-up area for the preparation for cross-country skiing and ski orienteering competitions, as well as an area for the placement of jury equipment, technical materials, briefings for judges, participants, volunteers and team representatives.

A ski stadium with an organized entrance and exit of roller skiing trails equipped with artificial lighting and snowmaking systems in accordance with FIS requirements. The complex includes stands for 1,500 spectators.
